Any order from Rolling Paper Post can be cancelled for a full refund if the product has not left our facility. Once shipped, all sales are final. Most orders ship within 48 hours of being placed. If you would like to cancel your order, please email email@example.com as soon as possible; if the package has not left our facility, we may be able to cancel your shipment and issue you a refund.
If a pack’s supplies are damaged upon arrival, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and photos of the damaged goods within 3 days of delivery. In this rare case, a full replacement of the damaged items will be issued with no further obligation from the client.
